My OOTD

Assalamualaikum..

It is hardly to recall when I actually started to love fashion and styling (myself and my boys of course). Well, all I know I am always a big fan of award show since I was a little girl. I would not miss and was always ready in front of the TV to watch award shows such as Oscar, Grammy, Golden Globe, MTV and our local award shows were my favorite too such as Anugerah Juara Lagu, Bintang Popular, AIM (to name a few). I love to see how an event is conducted, every single person is playing an important role to make sure the smoothness of the event. Be it the producer, floor manager, the artists or even the stylist. I just love to see the teamwork. Even though we can't really tell what is happening backstage, but the successful of an event shows it all. And now, some of my favorite TV shows are E! Police and E! Red Carpet (yela dulu takde astro dik nonnn) so I have become an OOTD fan since then I guess.

Let's check it out some of my fav OOTDs:

Casual OOTD:

 I love this so much. And my friends love this too. I think I look young with this OOTD haha kasi chance pleaseeee
 Look more matured with this kind of shawl. Anyway this is my own shawl from my own brand Edanee. Please visit my IGshop: edaneeshop for details. Ok this blouse.. you really have to own a slim tummy..haha I was holding my breath when the picture was taken LOLS
 The same shoes! Yups my fav shoes. The shoes that will make you look younger I guess hahah. I love this long cardigan gave by my student
 Again, I am wearing my Edanee Shawl.. I love the combination of white and blue
 Blouse and jeans kinda day
 See.. I told you I love white and blue
 My face looks round wearing this style of shawl but feeling so decent hihi
Again! white + blue! Wearing a wrap by my bff's clothing line
 One of my fav attires going to work.. with my friends

Event OOTD:
 One of my fav mix and match OOTDs.. Instant shawl by yours truly
 with le hubby under the tree hehe... also wearing a Modern Kurung by my bff's clothing brand
 Super love this Lofa look-alike Modern Kurung by Sireh Pinang
 My fav Calaqisya Modern Kurung on my hubby's Convocation
 Decided to wear this jubah dress for Fahri's Graduation night.. match it with my Edanee Instant Shawl
 went to open house wearing this beautiful Jubah Dress, a gift from my bff Shu
 Attended my hubby's Long Service Award by wearing this Modern Mini Kurung

Haha sabar je Encik Epul melayan wife dia yang suka OOTD ni...hihihi.. For me, the most important guideline would be the outfit needs to look decent enough at least for my husband's view. However, I rarely ask my hubby's opinion on which outfit should I wear because as a Muslim and as a wife, I think it is very important for us to know the limitation in fashion and styling.

Rutin Mama Yana

Just want to record my daily routine on weekdays as well as on weekends for my future reference:

Weekdays:

6.00 am- wake up and ironing clothes (hubby's uniform and the boys' uniforms).. yup there are times when I feel rajin, will do the ironing on the weekends. Oh I am so terrible!

6.20 - wake hubby up and he takes Fahri to shower and Fahri sleeps still (while taking shower haha) and usually Naeem will also wake up at this time on his own (yups both boys are so contradict) and Naeem will follow me everywhere I go ..

6.30 - I take over the task. Bring Fahri downstairs and put him at the living room. Switch on the TV with the hope he will wake up! Usually he will just not bother and continue sleeping. While Naeem will keep following me and sometimes I forget he is just behind my back that I accidentally push him down hahahaha. I put on Fahri's uniform while Naeem if he feels rajin he will help to put on Fahri's socks hahah so cute la Naeem ni..while the brother is still in his slumber land ;D. Then, I put his school bag inside papa's car together with his empty lunch box (papa will buy something around his school area and transfer it into the lunchbox). I switch on the car's engine wahhh dah macam anak raja kau nak hahah

6.50 - Fahri wears his shoes and they are off to school. I perform Subuh with Naeem. I take shower while Naeem waits for me (he will hide at the corner of a table because he is afraid of I don't know what). After shower, I put on my clothes and take Naeem to shower (with eyes open unlike his brother haha).. Naeem is quite independent. He loves going to school. He even sometimes wear his clothes and take shower by his own.. Alhamdulillah.. But it's not a big deal for me as long as all of my children love going to school..

7.30 - I send Naeem to school and heading to work in Shah Alam

~~~~~~~~~~
Hubby takes over most of the tasks for Fahri's schooling with the help of my FIL. My FIL will fetch Naeem from school at 12 pm while hubby will fetch Fahri from school at 12.50 pm and bring him back home for a transit. Fahri will have his lunch at home and my MIL will prepare him for the next school session which is Sekolah Agama. Then, hubby will fetch Fahri from sekolah agama at 5 pm. Ohhh I am so in doubt with my parents in law. Thank you so much. Nah kiss emoji
~~~~~~~~~~
6.30 pm- I reach home from work. Check the boys' school bags especially Fahri's. Take out all of the homeworks.

7.00 - Take the boys to shower.

7.30 - Dinner with the boys (of course mama will feed them but there are times they want to eat by themselves).

8.15 - Send them to Iqra class. I will take over the task because my hubby already did his parts for morning and afternoon sessions and I am so happy at least I can send and fetch them for Iqra class. I'll wait for them to finish class till 9.30

9.40- Monitor them doing homework and so far they don't really have too many homeworks so usually they will watch their fav cartoon- Rabbids Invasion

10 - Bring them to bed. Before sleeping, they will perform Ishak together with papa or alone.

Alhamdulillah... everything went well so far...Hoping that the boys will be good students, good khalifah and may Allah make it easy for them in everything they do...May Allah protect them from any harms ..in sha Allah

The Perfect Mother

Assalamualaikum..

To be a perfect mom is not easy. Especially if you are a working mom. You spend 8 hours in the office and 1 hour on the road (at least). Basically, you miss most of the hours to be spent with your children. However, I believe that each of us has our own fate and pathway destined by the Almighty Allah swt.

I felt awesome this morning because I think I had a chance to be the perfect mother at least since last night. Last night, my father in law was not feeling well, feverish for the past few days. Thus, he could not sent my sis in law Aina back to school in Kuala Selangor. So, yup, I was aware that my husband had to send her. And my mother in law decided to follow them. So, I was with my boys together with my feverish FIL. He was just having some rest in the room. I brought Fahri to shower, made sure the boys had their dinner and kept asking them if  they wanted to eat and eat (yeahh i love feeding them with lots of food haha).. Then, monitoring them doing their school works after a long Chinese New Year holidays. At 10 pm sharp, I switched off the TV (of course with some hesitations from the boys), brought them to bed. A new routine was continued even though without their papa; perform Ishak before sleep. Alhamdulillah, everything went well and they managed to sleep easier and faster than I expected.

Oh ya, while monitoring them doing their school works, I had this conversation with abg Fahri:

Me: Ashman (sometimes I call him Ashman instead of Fahri), kenapa selalu bawak bekal nasi lemak Ashman tak habis makan?
Ashman: Sebab nasi asyik tumpah2 down there. Ashman comot...
Me: You mean nasi lemak tumpah comot kena baju Ashman ke?
Ashman: Ha betul
Me: Oh no wonder la asyik tak habis nasi lemak sedangkan tu your fav menu!
Me: So...Ashman nak bawak bekal apa besok ni..nak makan apa..
Ashman: Hmmm ashman nak mee la..
Me: ok nanti mama potong mee kecik2 so x tumpah dah ok
Ashman: Ok ok

So I decided to wake up at 5 am and ready to prepare his fried noodle! Of course my hubby said that he could just buy the fried noodle somewhere so I don't have to cook and wake up that early! But I was afraid if he accidentally buy the SPICY fried noodle which will lead to the same prob--> Fahri will not finish his lunchbox. Thus, I decided to prepare the menu for his lunchbox. I just felt like the perfect mother that early morning; slicing the onions, cut cut cut... chop chop... tumissss... haha

Then, papa took Fahri to shower and I put on his school attire while he was sleeping (yups he is such a baby and not a morning person) and I waved him a good bye when papa drove him to school.

yeahh... It was one of my 'perfect mother' moments
