Jadi jangan tak jadi, basically ada 6 jenis bentuk badan seorang perempuan. Actually, setahu i olls, body shapes yang paling popular ada tiga jenis, which are:
1. Hourglass (the most desired body shape)
2. Pear
3. Apple
So, we have to really know what kind of body shape do we own, then we can decide what kind of workouts are suitable to be done!
Untuk i olls, definitely pear-shaped! or from the above image, mine would be Triangle...So I really have to be careful when choosing my attire to cover those parts (big waist and hips).
